About Gable

With a background that spans architecture, craftsmanship, and construction, Gable brings a hands-on, thoughtful approach to creating spaces that are both beautiful and built to last.

He began his architectural studies at Texas Tech University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Architecture. While living in Austin, he founded and operated Petrified Design, a furniture business focused on designing and building custom pieces. Running the business gave him a deep appreciation for materials, craftsmanship, and the hands-on process of turning an idea into something tangible.

He went on to earn his Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. Following graduate school, he joined Ibañez Shaw in Fort Worth, spending four years working on high-end custom homes and commercial projects. He later moved to Nashville, where he joined Centric Architecture and focused primarily on commercial design, gaining experience across a wide range of projects and scales.

After years of working in architecture and design, Gable is bringing that experience home to the Highland Lakes. Now working alongside his father, he is combining his architectural background with a hands-on approach to construction, offering clients a more connected design-build experience—from the initial idea and architectural design through construction and completion.

Based in the Highland Lakes area and serving communities and the surrounding Hill Country, Gable is excited to create thoughtful, well-crafted spaces for the place he has always considered home.

When he’s not designing or checking in on a job, Gable enjoys spending time with his wife, Claire, and son, Otis, and making the most of life in the Austin area.

About Todd

Born and raised in Burnet, Texas, Todd has spent his entire life in the Highland Lakes community; and more than 40 years building, renovating, and creating spaces throughout the area.

Over the course of his career, he has earned a reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional work. His deep roots in the community have also allowed him to build a trusted team of skilled subcontractors and tradespeople, many of whom have worked alongside him for years. Together, they bring the experience, craftsmanship, and local knowledge needed to take on projects throughout the Hill Country and surrounding areas.

For Todd, construction has always been about more than simply putting up a building. It is about doing the job right, standing behind the work, and building lasting relationships with the people and families he serves.

After more than four decades in the industry, he is excited to continue doing what he knows best—building quality projects in the community he has called home his entire life, now alongside his son and the next generation of the family business.

When he isn't working, Todd enjoys traveling and, most importantly, spending time with his grandchildren, who know him best as “Pappy.”
